Whispering Nature is a meditative open-world survival craft game set in a dreamlike forest. You awaken on a beach with nothing, and slowly learn to live in harmony with the wild — gathering, crafting and building, while a deeper personal journey unfolds around you.

Survival, without the punishment
Forage, fish, cook and farm. Cut wood, light a fire, and build somewhere worth coming back to. The forest asks for care, not vigilance. Stay warm, stay fed, and it will give you everything else.

Water, weather and a full day and night cycle move around you, with wildlife that keeps its own hours. Take a photograph. Sit by the bonfire. The game rarely asks you to hurry.

You wake on a beach after a tragic hospital episode, with no explanation for how you arrived. What the forest is, and what it means to you, reveals itself only to those who stay.
A game about the space between life and death
In 2023 I underwent an open-heart surgery. For a few hours my heart stopped, and I spent that time somewhere between life and death. Through the long rehabilitation that followed, it was nature that slowly brought me back to reality.
Whispering Nature grew out of that experience — a game about the space between life and death, and about being healed by the world outside.

I'm making Whispering Nature out of a deep love for Nature. I tried to convey that feeling you have when you're out in nature. I took inspiration from all the games I played and loved like Firewatch, Among Trees and The Long Dark, and set out for the quiet middle ground between them.
